Volcanic Ash and Vog Community Meeting in Kailua Kona on June 6 2018

Hawaii County Civil Defense will hold Volcanic Ash and Vog Community Meeting on Wednesday, June 6th to update residents about Volcanic Ash and Vog from Kilauea.

The briefing will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the West Hawaii Civic Center, Kailua Kona.

Have your vog and ash impacts questions answered by representatives from:

• USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory
• Department of Health, Hazard Evaluation and Emergency Response Office 
• Department of Health, Clean Air Branch
• Office of the Mayor 

The ASL interpreters will be available there.
