Big Island Deaf Club supports Charity Walk on May 12th.

Aloha everyone, 

There is not a potluck meeting in May but Big Island Deaf Club will attend the Charity Walk on May 12th in Waikoloa Beach Resort. We as Keiki Kuli Connections are raising money to support training for Deaf Mentors, training in the Deaf Mentor program, and buying supporting materials (books for read aloud, ASL dictionaries, and ASL videos). You can sign up as a walker or just make a donation at the team page. Are you planning to walk or donate? Please apply Keiki Kuli Connections

Deaf Cruise Ship Days 2023 and 2024 (!)

Deaf Land & Sea Travel will organize the  Hawaii 2023  (sold out!) for July 2023. One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Hilo on Tuesday, July 4th  8 am - 6 pm Kona on Wednesday, July 5th 7 am - 530 pm  Deaf Vacations Heart Cruises will organize the  Deaf Group Cruise 2023  for this December (sold out!). One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Kona on Sunday, December 3th from 9 am to 6 pm  Hilo on Monday, December 4th from 8 am to 5 pm. Passages Deaf Travel will organize the Hawaii Cruise 2024  for April 2024. One of the stops on the cruise will be the Big Island, with stops in: Hilo on Sunday, April 28th from 7 am to 5 pm  Kona on Monday, April 29th from 8 am to Tuesday, April 30 at 6 pm. Deaf Land & Sea Travel will organize the  Tahiti, French Polynesian & Hawaii 2024  for June 2024.
